Rhino's Construction, Inc.

Here it is April 25, a month after I had Rhino's do some hauling work for me. (You can see my review below.) Today I hired them again to do a massive demolition and cleanup job. 10 men demolished and hauled away the contents of my basement and garage. 2 1/2 dump truck loads to landfill, 1 smaller truckload to donation. They took out a 13-battery 2000-pound industrial UPS (APC Symmetra RM) and cut up the cabinet that had housed it. They dismantled and hauled away workbenches and a lot of steel shelving. They carried hundreds of boxes and heavy doodads up the stairs. They cleaned up after a previous contractor who had worked on some things and left a mess. Just when they thought they were almost done, I remembered a big pile of bicycles and paint cans and old toys behind the garage. They grabbed all that so fast I couldn't believe it.
And then they swept and mopped and tidied, and were gone.
I dearly hope that I never again have a demolition and cleanup task as large as this, but if I do, I'll call Rhino again.

I first used Rhino's Hauling some years ago, when they were just getting started. They did a wonderful job, and the owner himself was one of the workers. I gave them a good review here on Yelp.

It's now 2019, and Rhino's Hauling has become Rhino's Demolition and Landscapes. The business has expanded; there are more people. They sent four men to handle my junk-hauling job. When I called them to schedule this, I wondered if, as the company matured and grew, and the owner's role changed from team leader to manager, if the quality of service could remain high.

Short answer: yes. The crew who did the work for me were every bit as fast, professional, polite, and meticulous as Mr Carroll himself was back when he was one of the crew. They cleaned up my junk in record time, swept it clean, sorted out things that should be donated and not sent to landfill, and drove off into the sunset. Well, not really sunset, because it's 2pm as I write this, but you know what I mean.

I'm always a little reluctant to write good reviews of service businesses that I like because I worry that it will create a longer wait for me the next time I call them. I'm willing to take that risk.

I first discovered Rhino's six years ago and have been a fan ever since. Rian and his crew are not only professional, but very accommodating and genuinely appreciative of their customers.

I had the need to use their services again yesterday, and once again I was completely satisfied. The crew arrived on time and equipped to do the job. They even made sure to throughly clean the work area (even though I said they didn't need to).

If every business were run like Rhino's, the world would be a near perfect place.

Rian and his crew are fantastic! I collected multiple bids & feel that Rian gave me a very fair price for for the demo of my garage/barn & the back of my house - he was also great about explaining all of the factors that went into the cost. It turned out to be a much tougher job, but they have been great about every aspect. Zero complaints from me - only compliments! They've been on time, they're great communicators, and if Rian's guys saw me lifting anything the quickly came to my aid. Rian, Asi, and the entire crew are really great guys! I was very nervous about this part of the project but all of the other positive Yelp reviews turned out to be spot-on and I am very happy. I would choose them again in a heartbeat & I've already recommended Rian to my friends.
