The original Pancho Villa Taqueria was created in San Francisco following our El Toro Taqueria. We now bring decades of experience and San Francisco tradition to San Mateo.

Order. Go on-line and place your order! You will be surprised of the many options and how easy it is.
Pickup. Walking, biking or driving to our restaurant could be the break you need! When Ordering in advance you specify the time to pick. Just one drive around the block and your friend or family will be ready with your order.
Even in the restaurant you can order on line to pay in advance and skip the line!
Delivery. You can also order for delivery. Just order from our links. Unlike the pickup option, independent delivery services may charge additional fees.
This place is the definition of "bang for your buck"! The food is great and for such low prices too. In my opinion, they have a pretty efficient system here - you order at the counter, then you get a little receipt to bring to the cash register to pay, grab a seat and food comes out shortly. I don't think I've ever waited for more than 10 minutes for my food. They also give you free chips and salsa, so you can munch while you wait. My usual order here is a couple of Al pastor tacos with refried beans on the side, with their spicy orange salsa. I also highly recommend their horchata - I can never leave without a cup :)
Great sized tacos and portions. Everyone loved their meal. The salsa situation was better with a salsa bar, now it's okay. Service was fast and service helpful. United dining miles makes me eat here more often. Reward Network location.
There's a reason this place gets so packed, especially on weekends! You can order online but I didn't (tech incompetence) and even though I ordered at the restaurant, the wait was only like 15 minutes. Totally worth it! We had chille rellenos, enchiladas, burritos, tacos, all was delicious! Also love the agua fesca.
