I used this place for the first time this past week. It was super easy to get to. The receptionist was excellent. Knew I had a reservation, explained everything while we walked to our space (everything meaning, restrooms, wifi, kitchen, if guests were coming, etc.) The room was perfect. LOVED the dry erase board. Sounds silly but had never seen something like that. Perfect usage for the hours we were there. Excellent time all the way around...yes, I highly recommend this place AND I would absolutely use it again.

I've been a "virtual tenant" of PBC for over 2 years and could not be happier with their facility and services. The space is beautifully decorated, and most of my clients comment on how nice the office is. Their receptionists are warm, friendly and very helpful. I especially appreciate their offers of coffee, tea or water to my clients when they arrive for an appointment. Their lounge is a great place to hang out before or after an appointment, and is used from time to time when PBC hosts celebratory mixers for the tenants. The managers take their jobs seriously and seem to be always looking for ways to improve the working environment. PBC in San Mateo is the perfect office solution for a sole practitioner/proprietor!

I am a client of PBC San Mateo, and I rent several office spaces. I am very pleased with the bundle of space and services that PBC provides. It is a beautiful and modern office suite, with videoconferencing capabilities, many meeting rooms, flexible office space, a convenient lounge and tons of free parking. Services that PBC provides include reception, voicemail, internet, phone answering, scanning, photocopying, and more. All of my voicemails are converted into an email and sent to my phone. My clients enjoy meeting me in the office and the atmosphere is professional. The PBC staff is wonderful, they are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They greet clients and serve them beverages, they can receive faxes and forward them on in a scanned email, they send FedEx, they receive and distribute the mail and provide many other services.
