Super professional, not pushy with the products, offer you water or soda while you wait, super speedy. Wonder why I haven't been going here now that I know how awesome they are. They have coupons online too that they honor. Great guys and super nice!
Reliable, honest, and always going above and beyond. I came in to have them check why there was a burnt plastic smell coming from my car after I had just gotten oil change, transmission fluid, brake, steering, etc changed. Frank took a look at what was happening. He checked all the fluids and let me know (and showed me) the transmission fluid level was great. The oil was a little low and he will top off with the same synthetic oil. He took a look underneath my car to determine that the oil filter was not tightly on and that it was leaking fluid (photo attached) This oil filter service was done at SpeeDee oil a month prior! I was furious but happy to know what was contributing to the smell. He tightened it for me so no leakage could drip on the exhaust. He also noted there was leaking from my transmission. He took all the photos, shared them with me, allowed me to voice record him as he patiently explained. He sent me those photos for reference as well. When it was all done he said everything's done and wished me a great day. I was confused and stayed in place until he came back to me seeing the confused look on my face. He said again that I'm good to go. I told him I know and that I'm just waiting to pay! He said its ok, you don't have to pay, and again wished me a great day. I left eager to write about the great service I received today. Who knew a routine visit to Oilstop could make my day? Thank you Frank and Oilstop!
My first time changing oil here. It was a very pleasant experience. The moment I pulled over to the waiting line I was offered coffee and soda. My car doors were lubricated. They explained the process as they were working on the car. Overall, I am very pleased. This will definitely be oil change stop in the future if they keep current level of service. Two thumbs up!
